Product Manager, Home Energy Experience

This role brings structure and clarity to system complexity, ensuring product intent is clearly defined and ready to be built so teams can move with confidence and users experience a coherent system.

Key responsibilities

• Define product behavior across mobile and on‑device surfaces, ensuring consistency and clear system states.
• Own release scope through prioritized real‑world scenarios and drive build‑learn cycles with AI‑assisted prototyping.
• Align design, engineering and readiness on expected system behavior and identify gaps early.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management or ownership experience, especially with mobile and high‑usage products.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguity into structured product decisions and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑oriented approach and high emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• Scenario‑based thinking and system modeling.
• Experience with hardware and software integration, connected devices, IoT or energy systems.
