Product Management Administration Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Product Management Administration Technician to join our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division. In this role you will support the integration and maintenance of product and sourcing data across specialised divisions such as Cadel and Master Sourcing, ensuring information is accurate and readily available for internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process article creation requests, setting resale prices in line with the pricing strategy.
• Analyse, update and maintain product statuses, attributes and related information to guarantee data integrity.
• Configure and integrate supply sources and product templates into our ERP systems.
• Collaborate with market managers, data‑integrity, pricing and operations teams to ensure consistent and optimised data.
• Assist with the onboarding of new divisions and contribute to cross‑functional projects aimed at modernising processes.
• Identify and report any issues related to item setup or management promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, data management or data processing.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and rigor.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both English and French.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access (considered an asset).
