About the role
Sezzle is looking for a motivated Product Intern to join its Canadian team. You will support testing and quality assurance across both mobile and web platforms, gaining hands‑on experience in bug identification, feature validation, and ensuring smooth digital experiences for users.
Key responsibilities
- Thoroughly test new and existing features on mobile and web before and after launch.
- Report bugs with detailed, actionable information and suggest potential solutions.
- Evaluate user workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to maintain high quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
Required profile
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
- Interest in product operations and strategy with a willingness to learn.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand customer needs.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate product issues into technical requirements.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of product management and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Introductory SQL knowledge.
