Product Designer (User Experience & AI)

About the role

BinSentry is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive and effective user experiences for its AI‑driven ag‑tech platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and customers to translate complex workflows into clear, engaging designs, using AI tools to prototype faster and validate ideas early.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product design, from discovery and research to polished UI.
• Rapidly prototype and validate concepts, gathering feedback from customers and internal teams.
• Translate requirements into workflows, wireframes, prototypes and final designs.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across platforms.
• Advocate for the user and ensure customer experience drives product decisions.
• Help shape how the product team incorporates AI into its design workflow.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Strong UX research skills and ability to turn insights into solutions.
• Experience using AI tools in the design process, or a strong appetite to learn.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Kitchener, ON.
