About the role

Product Advisor – Full‑time sales position at OpenRoad Honda Burnaby, a top‑performing Honda dealership in B.C. You’ll sell new and pre‑owned vehicles, provide exceptional customer service and earn a competitive compensation plan.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, demonstrating vehicles and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
• Drive sales growth by selling new and pre‑owned vehicles, prospecting for new customers and leveraging referrals.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of all inventory, including features, pricing and evolving automotive technology.
• Execute effective sales and closing practices while staying profit‑focused.
• Build long‑term customer loyalty through thorough vehicle delivery and clear explanations of features, warranties and paperwork.
• Meet performance and operational standards by setting monthly goals, following dealership procedures and attending meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years automotive sales experience.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Passion for excellence, attention to detail and pride in high‑quality work.
• Initiative, curiosity and a love for learning new skills.
• Strong communication, organization and follow‑through.
• Growth mindset and willingness to follow proven processes.
• Can‑do attitude and drive to succeed.
