Product Administration Agent

About the role

As a Product Administration Agent you will provide essential administrative support to Desjardins’ product lines and member accounts. You will help the unit meet its operational goals by processing information, solving problems, and guiding users on tools and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the unit’s operational and administrative processes.
• Analyze, produce, and revise reports and statistical data.
• Perform quality‑control measures and follow‑up actions as needed.
• Handle data‑entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding tasks.
• Provide information on policies, programs and related processes.
• Prepare and update presentations and related documentation.

Required profile

• College diploma in a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience (other combinations may be considered).
• Required knowledge of French.
• Intermediate‑advanced proficiency in English.
• Action‑oriented mindset with strong customer focus and adaptability.
• Applicable trade‑union membership, if relevant.
