Procurement Specialist – Purchasing

About the role

Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company and needs a highly organized procurement specialist to manage day‑to‑day purchasing. You will ensure high‑quality materials are sourced, inventory stays optimal, and vendor relationships deliver cost, quality, and delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full Purchase Order lifecycle in NetSuite, from creation to vendor receipt and delivery.
• Negotiate volume pricing, payment terms, and total cost of ownership to secure long‑term cost advantages.
• Monitor and manage stock levels using NetSuite reorder logic and HubSpot demand signals to maintain high fill rates.
• Maintain detailed records for claims validation, warranty recovery, and vendor scorecards.
• Act as the primary liaison with vendors and manufacturers, handling claim settlements, replacements, and credits.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or technical claims.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to integrate AI solutions into routine processes.
• Strong attention to contract details and warranty clauses.
• Negotiation skills with a professional, firm approach.
• Experience in HVAC or home electrification is preferred.
• CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
• Background in technical support or basic mechanical understanding helpful.
