Procurement Analyst – Canadian Operations

About the role

The Procurement Analyst supports the Canadian procurement team by delivering data‑driven analysis, maintaining master data, and ensuring pricing accuracy across the supply chain. You will act as an extension of category managers, helping to minimise cost of goods while maintaining quality and service levels for Wendy’s restaurants throughout Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead master data management, pricing file inputs and data integrity for assigned categories.
• Maintain and update pricing and supplier details in the relevant systems on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Verify, approve and correct price information, managing downstream activities when adjustments are needed.
• Coordinate new vendor and new item set‑up processes.
• Provide analysis and coordination to support purchasing operations, including bid collection and RFP optimisation.
• Ensure timely flow of confidential contract information such as NDAs and scope agreements.
