Process Control Operator – Food & Beverage Production

About the role

The Process Control Operator ensures smooth operation of food and beverage processing lines by monitoring equipment, adjusting process variables, and maintaining accurate production records. This onsite position is ideal for candidates with a high school diploma who are eager to start a career in industrial manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective adjustments on machines to maintain specified processing conditions.
• Record production data, shift logs, and any deviations from standard parameters.
• Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify process compliance.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas to uphold hygiene standards.
• Check finished products for defects and ensure they meet company quality standards.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a food processing environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks with manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination.

Required skills

• Experience with grinding, mixing, blending, baking/cooking, and extraction equipment.
• Familiarity with multi‑functional process control machinery.
• Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery operation.
