Process Control Operator – Food & Beverage Production

About the role

This position is based in a food and beverage processing plant and involves monitoring and adjusting production equipment to ensure consistent product quality. You will work on a variety of operations such as grinding, mixing, blending, baking, cooking, and extraction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective adjustments on machines and process variables.
• Record production data and maintain shift logs.
• Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify processing conditions.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Check finished products for defects and ensure they meet company specifications.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school diploma).
• 1 to 7 months of experience in a food processing environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks with manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination.
• Authorization to work in Canada.

Required skills

• Operation of multi‑functional process control machinery.
