About the role
We are seeking a dedicated child caregiver to provide attentive, in‑home support for infants and children in a private Saskatoon household. The role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment while assisting with daily household tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for the household when parents are away, including light housekeeping, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy environment.
- Bathe, dress, feed, and supervise infants and children, ensuring their safety, health, and emotional well‑being.
- Discipline children according to the parents’ preferred methods and guide them in personal hygiene and social development.
- Organize and lead age‑appropriate activities such as games, outings, and educational play.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, catering to any dietary requirements.
Required profile
- Organized and reliable.
- Experience working with children is an asset.
