About the role
We are seeking a child caregiver to provide comprehensive care and household support in a private home in Montréal. The role involves supervising children, performing light housekeeping, and assisting the family during trips.
Key responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for the household when parents are absent.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Travel with the family and assist with child supervision and household tasks.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
- Discipline children according to parents’ requested methods.
- Maintain records of daily activities and health information.
- Ensure a safe and healthy home environment.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of child‑care experience.
- Secondary school graduation.
- Flexible availability (day, evening, flexible hours).
- Personal qualities: flexibility, initiative, good judgment, organization, reliability, time management, patience, honesty.
