About the role
This full‑time position provides in‑home childcare for school‑age children (6‑12 years) in a private Calgary residence. The provider will ensure a safe, nurturing environment while supporting daily household needs.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, feed, bathe, and dress infants and children.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
- Assist with homework and promote social development.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Transport children to school, appointments, and family trips.
- Maintain a clean, scent‑free, non‑smoking home environment.
Required profile
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates.
- Reference required.
- Ability to travel with the family and use public transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
