Private Home Child Care Provider

About the role

We are looking for a caring and responsible child care provider to work in a private home in Montréal. The role involves full‑time care for infants and children, ensuring their safety, well‑being, and development while parents are away.

Key responsibilities

• Change diapers, bathe, dress and feed infants and children.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and organize rest periods.
• Plan and lead age‑appropriate games, outings and social activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy home environment, including light housekeeping.
• Support children’s emotional well‑being and personal hygiene development.
• Assume full responsibility for household duties in the parents’ absence.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of child‑care experience.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and flexible hours.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, patience and honesty.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, good judgement and time‑management.
