Principal Technical Product Manager – AI, DSP & DSPM

About the role

We are looking for a senior product leader to own the end‑to‑end vision and delivery of our AI‑first Data Security Platform and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will drive both business strategy and technical architecture for a unified AI data security solution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for AI‑driven data discovery, classification, risk scoring and autonomous remediation across cloud, hybrid and on‑premises environments.
• Lead market and customer research, pricing, packaging and go‑to‑market activities, and act as the primary customer‑facing voice in sales cycles.
• Write detailed specifications, PRDs and architecture documents, collaborate with engineering on API design, data models and AI‑agent integration.
• Partner with the CTO and engineering leadership to shape platform architecture, ensure SaaS/PaaS/on‑prem delivery, and validate feasibility through prototypes and spikes.
• Drive compliance features (PCI‑DSS, SOC 2, GDPR) and integration with downstream tools such as SIEM and ticketing systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience building security or data‑centric products and shipping AI/ML capabilities into production.
• Strong technical credibility with engineering teams and commercial judgment with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to move between high‑level strategy, architecture reviews and hands‑on discovery with customers and design partners.
• Track record of influencing product vision, mentoring other PMs and raising the product‑craft bar.
