About the role

As an Omni Customer Fulfillment Associate you will pick, pack, and dispense online orders while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role supports a fast‑paced retail environment and follows safety and food‑hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders from various temperature zones, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
• Inspect products for quality, remove damaged items, and maintain documentation such as pick slips and shipping labels.
• Organize totes efficiently to maximize space while adhering to safety and food‑hygiene standards.
• Assist customers and teammates by providing support and resolving issues during fulfillment.
• Follow safety protocols, conduct equipment checks, and keep the work area clean.

Required profile

• Age 16 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
