Prep Cook – Backcountry Lodge Distillery

About the role

The Prep Cook will join the kitchen team at Park Distillery Restaurant, a backcountry‑lodge inspired craft distillery located in downtown Banff. You will help prepare and cook campfire‑style dishes, support chefs during service, and maintain the high standards expected in a busy hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and clear communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work varied shifts.
• Previous culinary experience is an asset but not mandatory.
