Precast Installation Crew Member

About the role

This is where the build comes together. Installation at Eagle Builders involves safely and accurately setting precast panels as part of a collaborative crew. You’ll work in a fast‑paced construction environment, following directions and maintaining focus.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with installing precast wall panels and structural components.
• Complete site preparation and support overall build progress.
• Assist with rigging and signaling for crane operations.
• Work closely with a 3‑5 person crew on‑site.
• Take direction from the foreman and contribute to team success.
• Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and around active equipment.

Required profile

• Safety‑focused and avoids shortcuts.
• Team‑oriented, supports crew members.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Coachable and responsive to feedback.
• Physically capable of demanding work.

Required skills

• Operation of skid steer, zoom boom, and lifts.
• CSTS certification.
• Class 5 driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
