Pre-Season Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Commission)

About the role

We are launching a Fall Pre‑Season Campaign to secure seasonal snow‑removal contracts across the Durham Region before the first snowfall. As a Door‑to‑Door Sales Representative you will work independently, generating leads and closing contracts on a 100% commission basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing in targeted neighbourhoods to generate new leads.
• Secure seasonal snow‑removal contracts and process sign‑ups on the spot using a smartphone.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely submission of payment information.

Required profile

• Own a reliable vehicle for daily travel between territories.
• Minimum 1 year of door‑to‑door sales experience.
• Fluent in English and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing abilities.
• Proficient with a smartphone and data entry for contract processing.
