About the role
Join the Jean Coutu team in Montreal as a Postal Counter Clerk, providing friendly and efficient service to customers who need mailing and parcel solutions. You will be the face of the postal counter, helping shoppers navigate Canada Post offerings while maintaining a tidy work area.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service at the postal counter.
- Advise customers on Canada Post services, rates, and options.
- Classify, label, and prepare mail and parcels for shipment.
- Process returns of mail and parcels according to policy.
- Keep the postal counter clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
Required profile
- Outgoing, empathetic, and friendly personality.
- Team‑player who can adapt to varying tasks.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Ability to work 35 hours or more per week.
