Platform Engineer ServiceNow Co‑op (Winter & Summer 2027)

About the role

Join the Technology department’s IT Service Management (ITSM) team at BCI as a Platform Engineer ServiceNow Co‑op. You will help configure, maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform to support internal clients during the Winter and Summer 2027 terms.

Key responsibilities

• Configure workflows, forms and modules in ServiceNow to meet business requirements.
• Assist with platform upgrades, testing and documentation of new features.
• Develop and analyse reports to improve platform usability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by users and provide end‑user support.
• Gather and document business requirements for automated workflow solutions.

Required profile

• University‑level coursework in computer science, mathematics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of IT service management concepts.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.
• Python programming.
• JavaScript development.
• HTML/CSS markup.
