Platform Engineer – DevOps & SRE (Hybrid, Toronto)

About the role

We are seeking a Platform Engineer with strong DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering expertise to join our BFSI team in Toronto. This 12‑month contract role offers a hybrid work model with 2‑3 days onsite each week.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace OneAgent across critical services.
• Manage Dynatrace SaaS and Managed environments, ensuring optimal performance.
• Create and maintain dashboards, synthetic tests, Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) configurations.
• Implement advanced observability solutions, including distributed tracing, service flow analysis, and log analytics.
• Develop custom metrics, extensions, and leverage the Davis AI engine for proactive issue detection.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Dynatrace OneAgent deployment and configuration.
• Proficiency in Dynatrace SaaS/Managed platforms and associated monitoring tools.
• Experience building synthetic tests for business‑critical applications and APIs.
• Background in the BFSI domain is preferred.
