About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to AI research projects covering perception, prediction, motion planning, controls, simulation, mapping, localization, and core AI.
• Design, implement, train, and optimise novel algorithms on self‑driving vehicles and production systems.
• Submit and publish research results at leading machine‑learning, computer‑vision, and robotics conferences.

Required profile

• Pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Robotics or a related field.
• Demonstrated research or software‑engineering experience through internships, projects, competitions, or publications.
• At least one publication in a top ML, CV, or robotics conference.
• Strong quantitative background with knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
• Open‑minded, collaborative team player with a passion for self‑driving technologies.
