About the role
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at the Northern Health Authority in Terrace, BC. This permanent full‑time position involves preparing medications, verifying prescription information, maintaining drug inventories, and supporting safety checks in a rural hospital/clinic setting.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure prescription information is accurate and complete.
- Prepare medications for clients according to established protocols.
- Maintain inventories of medications and keep prescription records up to date.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Accurate, dependable, and client‑focused.
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
- Organized with the ability to multitask.
