Pharmacy Operations Innovation Lead (Remote/Flexible)

About the role

SecureRx Technologies is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Innovation Lead to design, test, and refine medication workflow models that leverage its vision‑intelligence platform. This remote contract position works closely with pharmacy leaders and frontline teams to create more efficient, clinically rigorous oversight models.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with pharmacy leaders to map current workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and pilot new workflow models, define measurable outcomes, and guide implementation across central fill, specialty, and patient‑direct fulfillment settings.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, document processes, and analyze performance data.
• Create operational playbooks and clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with SecureRx product and customer‑success teams to ensure technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and scalability.

Required profile

• PharmD (required).
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in pharmacy operations, management, pharmacy technology, healthcare SaaS, health‑IT, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy dispensing processes, staffing realities, documentation needs, and regulated workflow environments.
• Working knowledge of modern healthcare technology, including cloud platforms, AI, automation, APIs, data systems, and workflow software.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into practical technology solutions and to work with technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders.
