Pharmacy Manager – Lead Flagship Location

About the role

Murphy's Pharmacies is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead its flagship Parkdale location. This role combines operational leadership with advanced clinical practice, overseeing a full‑service pharmacy, compounding lab, travel medicine, and a care clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the flagship Parkdale Pharmacy, including the compounding lab, travel medicine, and care clinic.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of pharmacists, technicians, assistants and support staff to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Collaborate with the on‑site medical clinic and external healthcare partners to integrate services and expand pharmacist‑led care.
• Utilize dispensing automation and Central Fill services to streamline workflow and focus on clinical activities.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist in PEI or another Canadian province.
• Minimum three years of management experience in a high‑volume community pharmacy.
• Proven ability to lead healthcare professionals and build collaborative teams.
• Commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and excellent patient outcomes.

Required skills

• Non‑sterile compounding expertise.
• Experience with dispensing automation systems.
• Knowledge of central fill and blister packaging support services.
