About the role
Rexall is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join its community‑focused team. In this position you will support pharmacists in delivering safe, efficient prescription services while contributing to a welcoming retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist with preparation, packaging, and distribution of patient prescriptions.
- Evaluate legality, interpret, and input prescriptions, labels, and consent forms into the pharmacy computer system.
- Complete documentation such as third‑party management, reconciliation, filling prescriptions, printing, and invoicing.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify approaching or critical expiry dates.
- Perform cashier duties as required.
Required profile
- Can‑do attitude when handling responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work weeknights and weekends.
