Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy services to the local population.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Engage in patient‑focused clinical care and counseling.
• Maintain accurate medication records and dispensing procedures.
• Support and mentor pharmacy staff when needed.

Required profile

• Valid Newfoundland and Labrador Pharmacist licence.
• 3–5 years of combined education and/or professional experience.
• Patient‑focused and clinically engaged mindset.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices, standards, and procedures.
• Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience considered an asset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a rural setting.
