About the role

We are a patient‑focused community pharmacy in Membertou, Nova Scotia, seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective medication use while delivering compassionate care to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide the full scope of pharmacy practice, including assessing and prescribing, medication reviews, and injections.
• Offer medication counseling and health advice to patients.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, and therapeutic appropriateness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the Nova Scotia Pharmacy Regulator.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Valid injection permit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient‑centred care.
