Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to manage the daily operations of our community pharmacy. You will provide professional consultation to customers and health‑care providers, dispense medications accurately, and support the overall maintenance of the dispensary.

Key responsibilities

• Acknowledge and assist all customers entering the pharmacy while ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide counselling on prescriptions, over‑the‑counter and behind‑the‑counter products, and deliver professional services within your scope.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with federal and provincial regulations, including controlled substances reporting.
• Control access to the dispensary, manage workflow queues, and oversee inventory, including stock reviews, expiration checks, and order placement.
• Communicate with other health‑care professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment reflects a professional image and adhere to health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Participate in financial reporting, store communications, and incident reporting as needed.

Required profile

• Experience planning, coordinating, and coaching pharmacy staff.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to drive business performance and support enterprise initiatives.
• Compliance with health‑and‑safety standards and completion of mandatory training.
