About the role

Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) is seeking a part‑time Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy coverage across its two hospital sites in Brantford and Paris, Ontario. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, you will join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver medication therapy management and clinical pharmacy services to inpatient and outpatient units.
• Ensure accurate dispensing, compounding, and distribution of medications.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide drug‑information support to clinicians.
• Maintain compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and hospital policies.
• Contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives and medication safety programs.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist (PharmD or equivalent) licensed to practice in Ontario.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and continuous learning.
