About the role

Join a locally owned pharmacy to provide health, beauty and convenience services to your community. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and health‑care providers, ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing while delivering professional pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing prescriptions, counselling customers, and providing over‑the‑counter advice.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality standards, handling consent and record‑keeping in compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
• Communicate with other health‑care professionals to coordinate patient care and resolve medication queries.
• Oversee inventory control, monitor expired stock, place orders with wholesalers, and ensure compliance with the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
• Maintain a clean, professional pharmacy environment and support financial reporting as needed.
• Document and report any medication or privacy incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Strong independent decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and coaching pharmacy staff.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and professional conduct.
• Ability to follow health‑and‑safety procedures and complete mandatory training.
