About the role

The Pharmacist I (PM) provides safe, effective, and efficient pharmaceutical services at Bonnyville Health Centre. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will support patient wellbeing through medication therapy management and ensure high standards of medication safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute pharmaceutical products in compliance with safety standards.
• Assess patients for potential and actual drug‑related problems and intervene to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate medication records and uphold regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous quality‑improvement initiatives within the pharmacy department.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program or recognized equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
