About the role
The Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a full‑time pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy coverage for an assigned unit within its hospital network. This position offers a supportive environment focused on patient safety and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy coverage to an assigned unit.
- Ensure safe and effective medication use for inpatients.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to optimize patient care.
Required profile
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Ontario.
- Full‑time availability; no overnight or on‑call shifts required.
