About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense, and verify medications for acute care, urgent care, and transitional care patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal pharmacotherapy.
• Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Provide patient education on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist licensed to practice in Ontario.
