About the role

Join Brant Community Healthcare System as a Pharmacist and contribute to safe, high‑quality medication management across our two hospital sites in Brantford and Paris, Ontario. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to support acute, urgent, and transitional care services.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy.
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients and staff.
• Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Support urgent care and transitional care services at The Willett facility.
