About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Supervisor to lead our field teams in Montreal. The role involves overseeing pest management projects, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high‑quality service to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other operational reports.
- Supervise workers and manage pest control projects.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities and field assignments.
- Train team members or arrange for required training.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Lead and instruct individuals on site.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience in pest control or related field.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Strong oral communication, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Required skills
- Report preparation.
- Blueprint reading.
- Scheduling and coordination.
