About the role
The Personal Support Worker provides compassionate in‑home care, assisting clients with daily living activities and promoting their wellbeing. This full‑time, permanent position supports individuals in West Vancouver who need help with personal care, nutrition, and household tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Administer medications.
- Assist with regular exercise such as walking.
- Mend clothing and linens.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Plan therapeutic diets and menus.
- Provide companionship and personal care.
- Shop for food and household supplies.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience as a personal support worker.
- First Aid Certificate.
