Personal Shopper – Part‑Time Evening

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Personal Shopper to join our Ottawa store in the evenings. In this role you will select and prepare online orders, ensuring each customer receives a personalized and accurate shopping experience. You will work closely with the store team to maintain a positive environment and support store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and answer general inquiries.
• Accurately pick items for online orders, ensuring product quality.
• Scan items and process payments using debit, credit, cash or gift cards.
• Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by updating stock levels as items are picked.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resourceful and courteous when handling customer questions.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic point‑of‑sale (POS) operation.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems for order entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and remain mobile throughout the shift.
