Missions principales

• Direct customers to the appropriate specialists to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Educate and advise clients on digital banking trends, including mobile apps, ATMs, and online banking solutions.
• Support front-line staff by accurately processing cash and non-cash transactions.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Recommend improvements to operational processes to optimize the overall customer experience.
• Ensure all operational processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
