Performance Strategy Analyst – Early Career (Full-time)

About the role

This entry‑level position is part of the Partners in Performance team at Accenture, acting as a frontline change agent that provides reliable data and analysis to drive client improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist delivery of measurable improvements and implement processes and systems that sustain ongoing gains.
• Collect and analyze client data, provide insights, and support prioritisation and problem‑solving.
• Occasionally coach client analysts and contribute to front‑line change initiatives.
• Travel on‑site up to 80% of the time, including locations in the US, Canada and internationally.

Required profile

• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
• Relevant internship or professional experience in consulting, natural resources, mining, heavy industry or construction.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable addressing challenging questions.
• Proven interpersonal skills to influence, coach and build trust with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to travel extensively (≈80% on‑site).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
