Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Phoenix is seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimise paid media campaigns that acquire new customers and drive measurable growth. You will work hands‑on with senior marketers, creative, and product partners to improve performance across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Monitor funnel performance, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Analyse core KPIs (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS) and share insights with the marketing team.
• Build and refine audience targeting and segmentation to boost conversion rates.
• Partner with creative teams to test ad copy, visuals and landing‑page variations.
• Run A/B tests and structured experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Assist with budget pacing, channel‑level optimisation and retargeting/remarketing programmes.
• Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and stay updated on platform best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on performance or paid‑media marketing experience.
• Experience managing six‑figure monthly ad budgets.
• Background in a highly regulated industry such as health, wellness or pharma.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well with cross‑functional partners.
