About the role
Directive Consulting is seeking a Performance Creative Designer to join its remote team in Canada. You will create eye‑catching visual assets for performance‑driven advertising across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, directly influencing campaign results and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design data‑backed ad sets, landing pages, and other static assets that improve digital marketing KPIs.
- Produce motion graphics and short‑form video cutdowns optimized for social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Edit existing video assets into high‑performing ad units tailored to platform specifications and audience attention spans.
- Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative output with audience insights and campaign goals.
- Support Directive’s internal marketing initiatives with compelling creative.
- Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets while adapting to different audience segments.
- Work with internal and client teams to define business goals, target audiences, and data points for A/B testing and data‑driven design.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat‑mapping analysis to inform design decisions.
Required profile
- Strong design portfolio showcasing performance‑focused creative work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an agency environment.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
