People and Culture Manager

About the role

Tully Luxury Travel is seeking a People and Culture Manager to lead the employee experience across its Toronto office. This hybrid, full‑time position will partner with business leaders to attract talent, develop careers, and nurture a high‑trust culture that reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Oversee benefits administration and conduct periodic benchmarking reviews.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies in compliance with Canadian and U.S. legislation.
• Build and manage a learning and development framework, including micro‑learning resources.
• Champion staff engagement initiatives and internal communications such as newsletters.
• Introduce process, tool, and technology improvements, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees while advising managers on employee‑relations matters.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Coordinate outsourced HR services and manage vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury travel, or a service‑focused environment.
• Proven success in full‑cycle recruitment and talent‑strategy development.
• Trusted advisor to managers on performance, employee relations, and people matters.
• Passion for building meaningful employee experiences.
• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• CHRP or CHRL designation, or active candidacy, preferred.
• Working knowledge of Ontario employment standards; familiarity with U.S. employment law is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Ceridian).
• Experience using AI‑enabled HR tools.
