About the role

Airbus Atlantique Canada Inc. is looking for an Aircraft Painter to join its Mirabel facility in the Montreal area. The position works the 4X10 evening shift and involves preparing and painting aircraft interior structures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding according to technical sheets.
• Apply paint to interior fuselage sections using prescribed methods.
• Follow technical fiches that define operations, time allocations and required equipment.
• Perform sanding, cleaning, painting, masking, applying self‑adhesive films and surface stripping.
• Adapt to new technologies such as pneumatic or electrostatic spray guns and modern sanding equipment.
• Execute touch‑ups or modifications when required.

Required profile

• Diploma in automotive bodywork or equivalent professional training.
• Ability to read technical plans and familiarity with Bombardier procedures is a plus.
• Manual dexterity and solid technical knowledge to perform tasks and communicate with team leads, methods agents and engineers.
• Willingness to wear respiratory protection and a uniform while working.
