Part‑time Team Lead – Outlet Collection

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Team Lead to join our Outlet Collection store in Niagara. You will work closely with the Store Manager and the management team to keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support store performance by helping achieve sales goals and aligning with company KPIs.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations such as policy compliance, loss prevention, opening/closing routines, cash handling, report generation and scheduling.
• Maintain high merchandising and visual standards to create a clean, welcoming environment.
• Coach and develop team members through training, feedback and performance monitoring.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager to ensure aligned priorities and timely execution of action plans.
• Lead on the sales floor, resolve customer concerns and model a customer‑first mindset.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer‑focused setting.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to motivate a team, multitask in a fast‑paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Passion for fashion with a good sense of style and awareness of trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using ERP and ATS platforms.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
