Part‑Time Store Associate – Retail Team

About the role

Join a friendly, fast‑paced retail environment where you’ll provide courteous service to customers while keeping the store tidy and well‑stocked. This part‑time position offers flexible hours and on‑the‑job training.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Recommend related products to ensure customers leave with everything they need.
• Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, labeling, facing merchandise and keeping areas clean.
• Perform inventory checks (hole checks) to verify accuracy.
• Follow health and safety regulations and store policies.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Available to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Approachable and able to handle physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting and using a ladder.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and solving problems quickly.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
