About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Sales Supervisor to join the Bayshore store in Ottawa. You will help create an energetic store environment, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while supporting the store’s sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑energy, compelling store experience by engaging customers and modeling service standards.
• Coach and train team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Assist with cash handling, shipment processing, floor set‑up, markdowns, and inventory replenishment.
• Partner with the Store Manager to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and drive talent retention.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and ensure compliance with all store procedures.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching, and training staff.
