About the role
Join the loudest store in the mall as a Sales Associate at Hot Topic. You'll help create an exciting in‑store experience for music and pop‑culture fans.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience, using product knowledge to drive sales and add‑on purchases.
- Maintain visual standards on the sales floor, including planogram changes and merchandising.
- Operate the register, process transactions, and support BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Keep the stockroom organized and assist with store tidiness.
Required profile
- Previous retail experience and a passion for music and pop culture.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
