Part‑time Retail Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a part‑time Stylist to join its Winnipeg Polo Park store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create a welcoming, fashion‑forward experience for customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends, promotions, and Levi’s brand heritage.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel sales.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, manage markdowns and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
